Luckily, I don’t suffer from allergies anymore. Neither does my son. Or my daughter. Third, eat RAW organic honey from YOUR area. Like, Raw, Raw. It must be produced by bees that live by you. There are plenty of reputable apiaries around that treat their hives with love and respect and them them to thrive. The natural pollens and microbes with the honey -if eaten daily- will help you body become accustomed to the local flora and fauna, thus reducing your histamine reaction and eliminating your seasonal allergic reactions.
